A Few More Brights

I've finished my little bag! The strap has been needle felted and secured with a few stitches...and yes, I went for the green circle thingy as a final decoration!

I've left it unfastened (the flap is nicely weighted and keeps closed by itself) and unlined, so it's quite a simple little bag, really.

I also made a little purse in vibrant turquoise, green and poppy red - I love this colour combination! Quite by chance, it turned out the perfect size for a phone...so why is it that when I begin with the intention to make a phone cover it's never quite the right proportions? That's the magic of felt-making, I suppose. The third and final bright is a little rainbow bowl...

 

  

I've just ordered some custom-made ceramic buttons from Jude Allman with a gorgeous turquoise glaze. I think they'll look lovely against neutral shades of wool, so I'm going to adjust my palette and move into greys and whites next - I can't wait for them to arrive!
